There is hereby created the position of Assistant Mechanic.
The Mayor and Council shall appoint, from time to time, as many
Assistant Mechanics as deemed necessary. The Assistant Mechanics'
term of office shall be at the pleasure of the Mayor and Council.
The Assistant Mechanic shall perform such duties as are assigned
from time to time by the Mayor and Council, Town Administrator, Superintendent/Assistant
Superintendent, and/or any other appropriate supervisor to which the
Assistant Mechanic is assigned.
The salary of Assistant Mechanics shall be as set forth in the
annual Salary Ordinance.
