All full time employees of the Town of Secaucus shall henceforth
be entitled to accumulate sick leave with pay based upon their aggregate
years of service. Said leave shall accrue on the basis of one day
per month during the balance of the first calendar year of employment
after initial appointment, and 15 days per calendar year thereafter.
Any amount of sick leave allowance not used in any calendar year shall
accumulate to the employee's credit to be used if and when needed.
The use and control of such paid sick leave shall be under such regulations
as are established by labor agreements or the rules and regulations
established by the Municipal Administrator.
