The fees for services extended by the Bureau of Fire Prevention,
Police Department, Emergency Management Services and other municipal
departments under this Article for special events shall be maintained
and available at the Town Clerk's Office.
This Article shall take effect upon final adoption and publication as required by law. (Article V was adopted December 18, 2013 by Ord. No. 2013-36.)
If any provision or portion of a provision of this Article is
held to be unconstitutional, preempted by federal or state law, or
otherwise invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining
provisions of the chapter shall not be invalidated.
