Note: All driveways shall be six feet wider at the curb line,
and this additional width shall be maintained for a distance of 20
feet into the site. Driveway curb radii shall be designed to permit
vehicles using the site to turn into or out without encroaching on
an adjacent land of either the driveway or the intersecting road.
Channelization islands should be greater than 50 square feet in area
