The normal work week for all full-time officers or employees
comprising the administrative branch of government shall be defined
as Monday through Friday, excepting holidays as declared annually
by the Board of Commissioners. The precise daily work schedule shall
consist of 6 1/2 hours of work from 8:30 a.m. through 4:00 p.m.
A one hour lunch break is provided daily. Confirmation of having worked
the aforesaid work schedule, as well as all time charged off during
the course of regular business, shall be made weekly through submission,
to the Chief Financial Officer, of electronically generated time-stamped
payroll sheets.
The administrative branch of government of the Borough of Wildwood
Crest shall extend to (and include) those positions/offices defined
as follows:
A. Chief Financial Officer and all officers and employees situated therein;
B. Code Enforcement Officer;
C. Supervisor of Accounts (Fire Prevention);
D. Municipal Clerk and all officers and employees situated therein;
E. Municipal Court Administrator and all officers and employees situated
therein;
F. Tax Assessor and all officers and employees situated therein;
G. Tax Collector and all officers and employees situated therein.
The foregoing schedules shall in no way restrict additional
hours of work necessary or required to be worked by unclassified and/or
non-union full-time personnel in order to meet operational needs or
requirements.
Any officers or employees of the Borough of Wildwood Crest found
to be in violation of this article now or in the future shall be subject
to disciplinary action as deemed appropriate by the appointing authority.
