Borough of Wildwood Crest, NJ Chapter 58 Returned Checks

§ 58-1 Fee for returned checks.

A fee in the exact amount of $20 is hereby authorized to be established and thereby added to any account owing to the municipality when payment tendered on said account by check or other written instrument is returned to the Borough of Wildwood Crest for insufficient funds or due to a stop payment request by the issuer.
