No person shall keep or maintain a disorderly house or a house of ill fame, or allow or permit any house, shop, store, or other building owned or occupied by him or her to be used as a disorderly house or house of ill fame, or to be frequented or resorted to by any person, and which shall be governed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 2C:34-1 et seq., and any subsequent amendments thereto, Prostitution and Related Offenses.

No person shall set up, keep or maintain or permit to be set up, kept or maintained in any house or premises, any faro table, faro bank, roulette wheel or other device or game of chance for the purpose of gaming, or a slot machine, boxing ring, cock pit or other place for men or animals to fight, nor shall any person hold or permit to be held in any house or premises any dogfight, cockfight, prizefight or any sparring contest for a pure or money prize and which shall be governed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 2C:37-2 et seq., and any subsequent amendments thereto, Promoting Gambling.

Legalized games of chance that require a license shall be governed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 5:8-56 et seq., and any subsequent amendments thereto.

Disorderly conduct shall be governed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 2C:33-2.
A. 
Prohibition. It shall be unlawful to urinate and defecate outdoors upon any property, whether public, quasi-public or private, within the Borough limits of the Borough of Wildwood Crest.
B. 
Purpose for regulation. It is the purpose of this section to prevent a person or persons from urinating or defecating out in the open, not only because it might be considered lewd behavior, but also because it creates a sanitation and health problem to the general health, safety and welfare of persons and property within the Borough of Wildwood Crest.

For the violation of any provision of this article, unless otherwise provided by law, the maximum penalty upon conviction of the violation shall be a fine not exceeding $2,000, or imprisonment in the County Jail for a period not exceeding 90 days, or both.
