Borough of Wildwood Crest, NJ Article III Annoyance and Disturbance in Streets

§ 48-20 Annoying and molesting persons in streets.

The annoyance, undue disturbance or molestation of any person or persons who are lawfully occupying any street, street end or sidewalk in the Borough of Wildwood Crest is hereby prohibited and shall be governed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 2C:33-2, Disorderly Conduct.

§ 48-21 Ball playing and skateboarding prohibited in streets.

The playing of baseball, football, hockey, skateboarding or any other type or kind of game on the public streets of the Borough of Wildwood Crest is prohibited and shall be governed under N.J.S.A. 39:4-10.10 et seq., and any amendments thereto.

§ 48-22 Violations and penalties.

For the violation of any provision of this article, unless otherwise provided by law, the maximum penalty upon conviction of the violation shall be a fine not exceeding $2,000, or imprisonment in the County Jail for a period not exceeding 90 days, or both.
