Zone boundary lines are intended generally to
follow the center line of streets and similar rights-of-way or lot
lines as shown by the Borough Tax Assessment Maps at the time of passage
of this chapter or straight line projections of such lot lines, unless
a specified dimension on the Zoning Map indicates otherwise. In the
case of uncertainty as to the true location of a district boundary
line in a particular instance, the determination thereof shall be
made by the Building Subcode Official. An appeal may be taken from
such decision to the Planning Board as prescribed by statute.
