M-1, Light Industrial. This district provides for areas of light
manufacturing, distribution of goods, and other uses that will not
be detrimental to adjacent commercial or residential properties.
B.
M-2, Heavy Industrial. This district provides for areas of manufacturing
and industrial activities which may consist of uses which cause adverse
environmental impacts. Setbacks increase when this district is adjacent
to residential districts.
Permitted uses are marked with a "P" in the Unified Use Table
set forth in Division 4.8. Conditional uses, subject to conditional
use permit approval, are marked with a "C" in the Table of Uses. Expressly
prohibited uses are marked with a "NP."

forth in Division 4.9.
