The purposes of this district are to provide for aviation facilities
and establishments that are part of or related to the operations of
the Philadelphia International Airport and to allow a variety of accessory
uses normally present at airports or customarily incidental to the
permitted uses.
A building may be erected, altered or used and a lot may be
used for only one or more of the following uses:
A. Motel, hotel, subject to, §
395-45, Special Development Regulations, of the C-2 District and the Area and Bulk Regulations of §
395-118 below.
B. Office building, subject to, §
395-45, Special Development Regulations, of the C-2 District and the Area and Bulk Regulations of §
395-119 below.
E. Communications antennas mounted on an existing public utility transmission
tower, building or other structure, and communications equipment buildings.
The following uses shall be permitted only as conditional uses, subject to the provisions of Article
XXI:
A. Airport-dependent uses, as defined in Article
II such as:

Aircraft de-icing facilities.
(3)
Aircraft repair facilities.
(4)
Cargo transfer facilities.
(6)
Airport-dependent uses of same general character as those listed
directly above in this subsection.
B. Other uses.
(3)
Restaurants, bars and clubs.
Any accessory uses normally associated with uses listed above in §§
395-114 and
395-115.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the following shall be
minimum requirements:
C. Building coverage: 33 1/3%, maximum.
D. Impervious surface: 66 2/3%, maximum.
F. Setback.

From public streets: 40 feet.
(2)
Side or rear setbacks: 75 feet.
