There is hereby created the position of Tax Clerk.
The Tax Clerk shall be appointed by the Mayor and Council. The
term of office of the Tax Clerk shall be at the pleasure of the Mayor
and Council.
The Tax Clerk shall perform such duties as are assigned from
time to time by the Mayor and Council, Town Administrator, the Tax
Collector and/or any other appropriate supervisor.
The salary of the Tax Clerk shall be as set forth in the annual
Salary Ordinance.
