All extensions to Village streets shall be designed in accordance with the standards and specifications of the Village. (See Chapter
287, Subdivision of Land.)
The Village will approve the conveyance of a street after approval
by the Superintendent and upon receipt of a deposit as determined
by the Village Board. Said deposit will be refunded one year from
date of conveyance if the Village finds no defects. The cost of correcting
any defects shall be deducted from deposit refund.
