The reasonable and necessary costs, fees or disbursements incurred by the Village or its officials for consultation or review by professionals, including architects, attorneys, engineers, landscape architects, surveyors or others, of any application for a building permit, application for a certificate of occupancy, appeal to the Zoning Board of Appeals, a planned unit development or planned development area, application for subdivision approval and/or application for site plan review and approval shall be paid by the applicant. Such costs, fees and/or disbursements shall be paid by the applicant within 30 days of the rendition of a bill therefor and prior to the issuance of the permit or approval applied for.

It is the intent of the Code of the Village of Dryden to authorize the establishment of the Village of Dryden Fee Schedule, which Fee Schedule may be established by resolution and thereafter amended from time to time by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees. In the event that any provisions set forth in the Code of the Village of Dryden regarding the imposition and payment of permit fees, other fees and/or other costs are inconsistent with the provisions, fees and costs set forth on the Village of Dryden Fee Schedule, such inconsistent provisions, fees and/or costs shall in each case be superseded by the provisions, fees and costs as set forth in the Village of Dryden Fee Schedule as it may be established by resolution and thereafter amended from time to time by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees.
