The owners, lessees or occupants of all structures within the
Village who receive refuse collection services from the Village of
Dryden shall package for collection and recycling all recyclable materials
as shall be defined and designated by the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Dryden by resolution; such material shall be packaged for
collection and recycling in such manner as shall be designated by
said Board by resolution.
A.
Failure to comply with any of the provisions of this article shall
be deemed a violation and the violator (any person, whether that person
be the owner, lessee or occupant) shall be punished as set forth on
the Village of Dryden Fine Schedule, which Fine Schedule may be established
by resolution and thereafter amended from time to time by resolution
of the Village Board of Trustees.

B.
Failure to comply with the terms of this article on subsequent recycling
collection days shall be considered a separate offense.
