An Advisory Board of Health for the City is hereby established. The
Board shall be composed of seven members to be appointed by the Council.
The initial members of the Board shall be appointed in the following
manner: three persons shall be appointed for one-year terms; two persons shall
be appointed for two-year terms; and two persons shall be appointed for three-year
terms. All annual appointments thereafter shall be for three-year terms.
If any vacancy shall occur on the Board, the Council shall appoint a
person to fill the vacancy for the unexpired term.
