The Town of Guilford adopts the Building Code
of the State of Connecticut, known as the “Basic Code,”
pursuant to Section 29-252 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
The Board of Selectmen is authorized to appoint
the Building Official and all other persons required for the administration
of the code.
