A. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1, the following corporation
has filed a written consent with the Township of Bridgewater that
the provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of
New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways
and parking lots located within its property boundaries in the Township
of Bridgewater, County of Somerset: Beacon Hill at Vanderhaven Farm.
The following regulations shall be enforceable:
(1) All vehicles must park only in designated areas and
between the lines provided.
(2) Handicapped parking. All stalls shall be 12 feet wide,
as shown on the site plan (Schedule A attached hereto), and signed with R7-8 (reserved parking sign and penalty
plate), in the designated parking areas for persons who have been
issued the handicapped parking permits by the Division of Motor Vehicles.
(3) Through streets. The following street or parts of
streets are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall
be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the

Speed limits.
(a)
The speed limits for both directions of traffic
in the parking lots shall be 15 miles per hour.
(b)
The speed limits for both directions of travel

(c)
Regulatory and warning signs shall be erected
and maintained to effect the above designated speed limits authorized
by the Department of Transportation.
(7)
Tow-away zones. Any vehicle parked or standing
so as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrance
or exit ways, loading zones, oil fills, any grass area or pedestrian
walkway, or present, in any way, a safety or traffic hazard may be
removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.

Restricted parking. No person shall stop or
stand a vehicle at any time upon any of the following described roadways
or parts of roadways:

B. All signs, posts, bolts or other necessary materials
shall be installed and paid for by the applicant. Work shall be checked
by the Police Department to ensure that installations meet state and
federal specifications, and all signs shall conform to the current
Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
C. Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New
Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section
or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more
than $500 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.

A. Purpose. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1, the owner of
premises known as Block 222, Lots 6, 10 and 11, formerly Block 5201,
Lots 8, 12 and 13 on the Bridgewater Township Tax Map, has filed a
written consent with the Township of Bridgewater that the provisions
of Subtitle One, Title 39, of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be
made applicable to the roads, streets, parking lots and driveways
located within its property boundaries in the Township of Bridgewater,
County of Somerset, known as Homestead Village I Houlihan’s
Restaurant. The following regulations shall be enforceable:
(1)
Signs.
(a)
A “No Left Turn” sign shall be located
north of the driveway, on the west side of Morgan Lane so as to prevent
left-hand turns from Morgan Lane to Houlihan’s and shall be
enforceable.
(b)
A “Stop” sign shall be located south
of the driveway, on the west side of Morgan Lane and shall be enforceable.
(c)
A “No Right Turn” sign shall be
located south of the driveway, on the west side of Morgan Lane so
as to prevent right-hand turns from Houlihan’s onto Morgan Lane
and shall be enforceable.
(2)
All signs shall be placed within the right-of-way.
B. Meeting of specifications. All such signs, posts,
bolts or other necessary materials shall be installed and paid for
