A. 
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1, the following corporation has filed a written consent with the Township of Bridgewater that the provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots located within its property boundaries in the Township of Bridgewater, County of Somerset: Beacon Hill at Vanderhaven Farm. The following regulations shall be enforceable:

All vehicles must park only in designated areas and between the lines provided.
(2) 
Handicapped parking. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1, the owner of premises known as Block 222, Lots 6, 10 and 11, formerly Block 5201, Lots 8, 12 and 13 on the Bridgewater Township Tax Map, has filed a written consent with the Township of Bridgewater that the provisions of Subtitle One, Title 39, of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be made applicable to the roads, streets, parking lots and driveways located within its property boundaries in the Township of Bridgewater, County of Somerset, known as Homestead Village I Houlihan’s Restaurant. A “No Left Turn” sign shall be located north of the driveway, on the west side of Morgan Lane so as to prevent left-hand turns from Morgan Lane to Houlihan’s and shall be enforceable.
(b) 
A “Stop” sign shall be located south of the driveway, on the west side of Morgan Lane and shall be enforceable.
(c) 
A “No Right Turn” sign shall be located south of the driveway, on the west side of Morgan Lane so as to prevent right-hand turns from Houlihan’s onto Morgan Lane and shall be enforceable.
(2) 
All signs shall be placed within the right-of-way.
B. 
Meeting of specifications. All such signs, posts, bolts or other necessary materials shall be installed and paid for by the applicant. Work shall be checked by the Police Department to ensure that installations meet state and federal specifications and all signs shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
C. 
Penalty. Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $500 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.
