An area to be known as "Borelli Park," in honor of Ridgefield's late Mayor, Vito (Vic) Borelli, is hereby established. That area shall consist of the playground area within Veterans Memorial Park, bounded rightly by the existing tennis courts on the north and the existing Little League field on the south.
Use of Borelli Park is limited to residents of the Borough and their guests, ages preschool to 12 years, and their adult supervising family members.
A. 
All bicycles must be left in the bicycle racks provided.
B. 
Operation of bicycles, roller skates and skateboards within the Borelli Park area is prohibited.
All rubbish and litter must be disposed of in the containers provided. Recyclable materials, as defined by Borough ordinance,[1] must be placed in containers specially designated for those items.

Ball playing of any kind is prohibited within the Borelli Park area.
All users of the park must exhibit appropriate behavior conducive to the sharing of park facilities in conjunction with other users. Fighting, throwing of wood chips or sand and profane language are prohibited. Adults are responsible for the behavior of the children they supervise.
