The following fee shall be charged by the Planning
Board of the Borough of Ridgefield for all site plan applications
filed with the Planning Board pursuant to Ordinance No. 1054[1] where the proposed construction is such that the gross
volume of the proposed structure can be ascertained. All site plan
applicants shall be charged a fee computed by multiplying the gross
volume of the proposed structure by thirty-five hundred-thousandths
(0.00035). This fee formula is equivalent to 10% of the construction
permit fee charged by the Borough Building Inspector, which is derived
from the Building Officials and Code Administrators Code of 1978.
However, notwithstanding any provision of this section, no such site
plan application fee shall be less than $35 nor more than $150.
The following fee shall be charged by the Planning
Board of the Borough of Ridgefield for all site plan applications
filed with the Planning Board pursuant to Ordinance No. 1054[2] where the proposed construction is such that the gross
volume of the proposed structure cannot be ascertained. All such site
plan applicants shall be charged a fee of $0.50 per $1,000 of the
construction cost of the proposed structure. However, notwithstanding
any provision of this Article, no such site plan application fee shall
be less than $35 nor more than $150.
