After approval of the final subdivision plat by the Planning
Board, prior to any construction beginning at the property covered
by the approved plat, the applicant/owner/developer must execute a
development agreement, on a form approved by the Town. The language
of said development agreement and the language of the Subdivision
Regulations shall be read and interpreted so as to compliment and
supplement each other and not to be in any way in conflict with each
other.
