The following words and phrases shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section unless the context clearly
indicates a different meaning.
Any written order or draft drawn upon a bank to pay a sum
certain to the order of the payee from funds on deposit.
Any individual, partnership, limited partnership, association
or corporation or limited liability company or partnership.
The Township of Bristol.
Any person who offers a check in payment of
Township fees, fines or taxes that is subsequently returned due to
insufficient funds in that person's account shall pay an additional
$20 to the Township for reimbursement of the additional costs associated
with processing a returned check.
Failure to make payment as herein required shall
constitute a delinquency permitting Bristol Township to institute
any and all proceedings for collection thereof.
