The Fire Marshal shall devise a schedule for implementing the provisions of this article among the various uses and occupancies affected and shall devise and implement all plans and systems necessary to administer this program.
The fees for inspection and issuance of fire prevention permits shall be set from time to time by resolution or ordinance of the Township Council and shall be paid at the time the application is submitted.
The Fire Marshal is hereby authorized and directed to collect the fees imposed and to remit the same to the general funds account of the Township.
