No person shall drive, operate or park any recreational boat, boat trailer, commercial or other truck-trailer traffic over or upon the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XII (§ 191-76), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
Those streets described in Schedule X111 (§ 191-77), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets for the operation of recreational boat, boat trailer, commercial or other truck-trailer traffic.
