A.Â
LOADING ZONE
As used in this article, the following terms shall
have the meanings indicated:
An area wherein a vehicle may park for a period of no longer
than the time needed to either pick up or deliver goods, materials
or merchandise.
B.Â
Only an individual who is picking up or delivering
goods, materials or merchandise may park within a designated loading
zone.
C.Â
In no event shall a vehicle be parked within a loading
zone for a period greater than 15 minutes.
D.Â
The following areas are deemed and established to
be loading zones:
(1)Â
The west side of Park Avenue, beginning at a point
93 feet from the southwesterly corner of West Madison Avenue and continuing
from that point a distance of 30 feet.
(2)Â
The east side of Park Avenue beginning at a point
97 feet from the northeasterly corner of the intersection of West
Madison Avenue and Park Avenue and continuing for a distance of 50
feet.
