A.
No person shall operate any motorcycle, bicycle, motorized
sled, snow traveler or any other similar vehicle propelled by petroleum fuel,
electricity or mechanical means in, along or upon any public sidewalk or path
intended for the use of pedestrians within the Village of Rouses Point, New
York.
B.
Children under the age of 12 years and invalids or cripples
unable to walk shall be permitted to propel a vehicle by hand or foot upon
a public sidewalk of the Village.
