§ 39-1 Repeal of Board of Health provisions.

The Borough Council of the Borough of Pleasant Hills hereby repeals, in its entirety, Ordinance No. 44 enacted the 12th day of December 1949, and Ordinance No. 480 enacted the 26th day of March 1973.

§ 39-2 Transfer of powers and duties to Health Officer.

All of the powers and duties of the existing Board of Health shall be transferred to the Health Officer of the Borough of Pleasant Hills.
