The installation, maintenance and appurtenances for various types of vented and unvented gas heaters, including but not limited to unit and space heaters, shall conform to the following most current adopted editions of the International Construction Codes of the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code:
A. 
International Building Code.
B. 
International Residential Code.
C. 
International Fire Code.
D. 
International Mechanical Code.
E. 
International Fuel Gas Code.
The Fire Marshal of the Borough of Pleasant Hills shall have the power and duties to enforce and administer the provisions of this chapter.
Any person, firm, association or corporation convicted of a violation of this chapter shall, upon judgment of the District Justice of the Borough of Pleasant Hills, be subject to pay a fine not exceeding $300, plus costs, for each offense and, in default of payment thereof, shall be subject to imprisonment in the Allegheny County Jail for a period not to exceed 30 days.
