In this district, the following area and bulk
regulations shall apply to the uses permitted:
A. Multifamily dwellings.
(1) Maximum dwelling unit density: 13 units per acre.
(2) Minimum lot area per dwelling unit: 3,350 square feet.
(3) Maximum lot coverage: 35%.
(4) Minimum front yard (all principal and accessory structures):
35 feet from property line, not less than 65 feet from center line
of state or county road and not less than 60 feet from center line
of Borough street.
