City of Greensburg, PA Article I Name; Boundaries

§ C-1 Name.

The City of Greensburg shall continue as a municipal corporation under the name of the City of Greensburg. As used in this Charter, the words "Greensburg" and "city" shall mean the Home Rule Municipality City of Greensburg, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.

§ C-2 Boundaries.

The boundaries of the city shall be those of the City of Greensburg in existence at the time this Charter becomes effective and as they may be lawfully changed thereafter.
