Editor's Note: Former Art. X, City Treasurer,
which consisted of §§ C-49 and C-50, was deleted 1-8-2007
by Ord. No. 1935, which ordinance abolished the elected office of
City Treasurer and transferred all duties of said office to the City
Fiscal Director, an appointed position; said ordinance was approved
at referendum 5-15-2007 and is effective 1-8-2008.
