The words and phrases defined below shall have
the meanings herein specified unless the context clearly requires
otherwise:
Those departments and agencies in the administrative organization
under the authority of the City Administrator.
The City Administrator of the City of Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
The Home Rule Charter.
The City of Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
The City Council of the City of Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
The Councilman who is in charge of a particular department
in the City of Greensburg.
The Fiscal Director of the City of Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
