The preliminary plat shall show:
A.
The location of property lines, buildings, watercourses
and other existing physical features.
B.
The names of all adjoining allotments showing the
approximate location of streets in said plats.
C.
An arrow indicating the direction of north.
D.
All existing sewer and waterlines and a preliminary
layout of necessary extensions and additional sewer and waterlines.
E.
Contours of the entire plat proposed to be subdivided
at five-foot intervals. Contours shall be based on the United States
Geological Survey Datum.
F.
The cross sections of proposed streets showing widths
of roadways and locations of sidewalks.
G.
All parcels of land intended to be dedicated for public
use or reserved for the use of all property owners with the purpose
indicated.
H.
Tentative grades of each proposed street.
I.
The boundary lines of the tract to be subdivided accurately
in scale and bearing.
J.
Tentative private restrictions, if any.
