For all subdivisions, the plans submitted:
A. Shall be drawn on Mylar only and shall be on sheets
of the following size: 22 inches wide by 17 inches high or 44 inches
wide by 34 inches high, with a border not less than 1/2 inch wide
on all edges except the left border, which shall be no less than one
inch.

B. Shall be drawn with waterproof black India ink, and
all records, data, entries, statements, signatures, etc., thereon
shall also be made with waterproof black India ink, except that typewriters
especially adapted for such work may be used for imprinting the necessary
statements and depositions.
C. Shall be drawn to a scale no smaller than 100 feet
to the inch, shall be of sufficient size to clearly show all dimensions,
notations, entries, etc., and shall clearly indicate the direction
of true or magnetic north.
D. Shall show courses and bearings of all boundary lines
and easements and have all the dimensions shown in feet and decimals
of a foot.
E. Shall have a title placed in the lower right-hand
corner of all plans submitted, which shall include the following:
(1) The name under which the plan or subdivision is to
be recorded.
(2) The date of the plan and the scale used.
(3) The geographic location of the subdivision in the
city.
(4) The name of the owner or subdivider.
(5) The name and address of the engineer or surveyor preparing
the plan.
F. All building restrictions affecting the use of property
shall be shown upon the plan.
G. When requested by the City Planning Commission, a
separate profile of each established and proposed street, road or
way shall be submitted with the plan. The profiles shall show elevations
along the center line and along the right-of-way lines and proposed
paving grades and stormwater disposal lines. Where complete details
of important intersections cannot be shown on the profiles, the City
Planning Commission may request a drawing showing detailed finished
grade contours.
H. All plans submitted to the City Planning Commission
shall be drawn in accordance with the following:
(1) Outside of subdivision:
(a)
Streets or other ways by medium solid lines.
(b)
Property lines of adjacent subdivisions by medium
dashed and two dotted lines and the names of the adjacent subdivisions.
(c)
Lot lines by light dotted lines.
(d)
Restriction lines, easements, etc., by light
dashed lines.
(2) Within subdivision:
(a)
Streets or other ways by heavy solid lines.
(b)
The perimeter property line of the subdivision
by heavy dashed and two dotted lines.
(c)
Lot lines of medium solid lines.
(d)
Restriction of building lines by medium dashed
lines.
(e)
Easements or other reserved areas by light dotted
lines.
(f)
Property boundary lines of the tract when all
or the major portion of the tract is being plotted and their courses
and distance.
(g)
The names of adjoining property owners or subdivisions.
(h)
Streets, roads, drives or other ways abutting
or adjacent to the subdivision, with names and dimensional data. Streets
shall be named according to the City of Greensburg system for naming
streets, avenues, etc.
(i)
The names and dimensional data of proposed streets,
roads, drives and ways within the subdivision.
(j)
Lots within the subdivision, with numbers, dimensions,
bearings and other sufficient data for the preparation of legal description.
(k)
The location of all required permanent monuments.
I. Monuments of an approved type shall be set at street
corners, at all street intersections and at such other points as may
be necessary to make the retracing of the line reasonably convenient
as shown on the final plat. If such monuments have not been set at
the time the final plat is submitted to the Commission, there shall
be deposited with the Commission, made payable to the Treasurer of
the City of Greensburg, a certified check in an amount determined
by the Municipal/Consulting Engineer sufficient to cover the cost
of setting the required monuments. The amount of such check will be
returned as soon as the monuments have been set by the subdivider
in accordance with these regulations and approved by the Municipal/Consulting
Engineer, and provided that such work shall have been completed within
six months after the approval of the final plat; otherwise the Commission
may cause the monuments to be set and pay for the same out of the
proceeds of the aforesaid certified check.

J. Along with the Mylar, there shall be nine copies of
said plan to be submitted for Planning Commission review and recommendation.
