There is hereby created and established a Township Planning
Commission, to consist of seven members to be appointed by the Board
of Supervisors of Limerick Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

The terms of said members of the Commission
shall be for terms of four years.

Said Commission members shall exercise the powers
and authorities granted under and by virtue of the Pennsylvania Municipalities
Planning Code (Act of July 31, 1968, P.L. 805), 53 P.S. § 10101
et seq.
