The Tax Collector shall maintain a separate checking account into which all Township tax receipts shall be deposited and from which all Township tax payments shall be made. No other funds shall be deposited to this separate account, which shall be clearly labeled "Limerick Township Tax Escrow Account."
A separate Township tax escrow account shall be utilized for each tax year, and the tax receipts for any given tax year shall be deposited only to the appropriate tax escrow account.
The Tax Collector shall deposit all taxes collected to a municipal savings account, which shall be established for this purpose by the Township Manager, within 24 hours of the close of each day's business and provide the Treasurer of the Township with a written statement of said deposit.
The Tax Collector shall, on or before the 10th day of each month, make a true, verified statement in writing to the Secretary of the Township for all taxes collected during the previous month, giving the names of the taxable, the amount collected from each, along with discounts granted or penalties applied, if any, and the total amount of taxes received, discounts granted and penalties applied.
The Tax Collector shall make annual settlement of his tax duplicate at the first regularly scheduled meeting of the Township Board of Supervisors in the month of June in the year following the one for which the taxes were levied.

The Limerick Township Tax Collector is hereby authorized to charge a fee per tax parcel for each and every tax certification requested, plus costs of expedited service, including but not limited to faxing costs and express and overnight mailing costs. The Township shall impose and amend the tax certification fee by a resolution duly authorized and enacted by the Limerick Township Board of Supervisors as may be amended from time to time. A copy of such resolution setting the tax certification fee shall be available to the public at the Limerick Township Municipal Administrative Building.

The Limerick Township Tax Collector is hereby authorized to charge a fee per tax parcel for each and every duplicate tax bill requested, plus costs of expedited service, including but not limited to faxing costs and express and overnight mailing costs. The Township shall impose and amend the duplicate tax bill fee by a resolution duly authorized and enacted by the Limerick Township Board of Supervisors as may be amended from time to time. A copy of such resolution setting the duplicate tax bill fee shall be available to the public at the Limerick Township Municipal Administrative Building.
