The Borough Council of the Borough of Steelton hereby requests authorization to participate in purchase contracts of the Department of Property and Supplies, subject to the following:
A. 
That the Borough agrees that it will be bound by such terms and conditions as the Department may prescribe.
B. 
That the Borough agrees that it will be responsible for payment directly to the vendor under each purchase contract.
