No person shall carry on or engage in the business of selling live fowl or preparing live fowl for sale or slaughtering poultry at or in any place in the Borough.

Any person who violates or neglects to comply with any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to a penalty of not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each violation and shall be liable to imprisonment as provided by law.
