Fire prevention — See Ch. 82.
From and after the passage hereof, any and all sums of money received by the Treasurer of the Borough of Parkside from the State Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a result of the Foreign Fire Insurance Tax Distribution Law[1] shall be paid by the Treasurer of the Borough Parkside to the Parkside Firemen's Relief Association of Parkside, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The payment by the Treasurer of the Borough of Parkside to the Parkside Firemen's Relief Association shall occur within 60 days of the date that the moneys are received from the State Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The Borough Secretary shall, on an annual basis, certify to the Auditor General of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that the Parkside Volunteer Fire Company provides firefighting services to the Borough of Parkside and the number of volunteer firefighters currently on the rolls of the Parkside Volunteer Fire Company.
