A.
No person
shall destroy, remove or alter the posting or placing of any Borough
zoning and/or code enforcement violation notice, sign or poster affixed
to premises or property upon which the same is so posted or placed
by a Borough Code Official pursuant to the lawful discharge of his
or her duties.
B.
No person
shall conceal, deceive or otherwise impair the veracity or availability
of any Borough zoning and/or code enforcement violation notice, sign
or poster affixed to premises or property upon which the same is so
posted or placed by a Borough Code Official pursuant to the lawful
discharge of his or her duties.
The Borough Code Official(s) shall be vested with exclusive
authority to remove the zoning and/or code enforcement violation notice,
sign or poster upon abatement of the nuisance or condition(s) that
gave rise to the enforcement action.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon
conviction by a Magisterial District Judge, pay a fine of $300 for
each violation thereof, plus costs of prosecution.
