Pursuant to § 8628 of the Emergency
Tenant Protection Act of 1974,[1] there is hereby imposed on the owner of every building
containing housing accommodations subject to regulation under said
Act an annual charge of $1 per accommodation, which sum is necessary
to defray the expenses incurred by the Village of Floral Park in the
administration of the Act.
