There shall be two Constables elected for three-year terms,
which shall be arranged so that the terms do not expire the same year.
At the first election for Constable following the date this bylaw
takes effect pursuant to the provisions of MGL c. 40, § 32,
one Constable position shall be for a term of two years, and one Constable
position shall be for a term of three years; thereafter, both Constable
positions shall be for terms of three years.
