Section 500.230 Adoption Of Criteria.

A. The Standard Specifications and Design Criteria approved and adopted by the Kansas City Metropolitan Chapter of the American Public Works Association 2004 Edition and the Environmental Protection Agency's Storm Water Management for Construction Activities Guidance (Best Management Practices, 1992) are hereby adopted in their entirety as though repeated verbatim herein as a supplement to the adopted Grain Valley Standard Details and Drawings dated January 20, 2005.

B. All engineers associated with projects in Grain Valley will use and have in their possession at job sites the Grain Valley Standard Details and Drawings.

C. The cost (to engineers, developers, builders, etc.) of the electronic copies of the Grain Valley Standard Details and Drawings will be as set out in Section 140.040 of this Code. The revenues generated from this source will be designated to the Engineering Department.
