This organization shall be known and designated as the "Boonville
Fire Company, Inc."
The object of this Company is declared to be the extinguishment
of fires and the preservation of life and property; service in time
of need, and to promote the accomplishment of these purposes; and
to increase and maintain the interest and cooperation of the members.
