No person shall willfully disturb or annoy any lawful assembly, collection of persons or organized meeting of any kind, or cause the same to be done in any manner or by any means whatsoever; or disturb or annoy the occupant of any house, store, building or place by knocking, rattling on the door, window or gate thereof or in any other manner.
It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully harm, obstruct or resist any officer of this Village while performing his duty as such an officer, or to refuse or neglect to assist any officer of the said Village in the execution of his duties when requested to do so by such officer.
No person shall engage in fighting; challenge or provoke another to fight; or threaten personal violence to another person; or use to another, or in the hearing of another, any profane, indecent or insulting language; or assist any fight; or engage in any cockfight or other act tending to produce a breach of peace.
No person shall use profane, vulgar or obscene language in any street or public place in the Village of Boonville.
No person shall appear in the streets or other public places within the Village of Boonville in a state of intoxication.
It shall be unlawful for any person to expectorate upon the floor or stairway of any public building or places, or upon the floor of a motor vehicle or other vehicles intended for public use, or upon any sidewalk.
No person shall make, aid, countenance or assist in making any riot, noise, false alarm of fire, disturbance, disorder or improper diversion in the streets or other public place within the Village of Boonville, or loiter in or about doorways or stairways, or lounge or loaf at street corners or on the sidewalks in said Village.
No person shall keep or assist in keeping any gambling house, place or establishment, or any instrument or device for gaming; or, at any such house, place or establishment, play or gamble for money, liquor or any other article within the Village of Boonville.
No person shall keep or assist in keeping, or become an inmate of or visit, any bawdy house or house of ill fame or of assignation or for the resort of prostitutes, drunkards, tipplers, gamesters or other disorderly persons within the Village of Boonville.
No male person, while in any public street, sidewalk or in any public place or part thereof in the Village of Boonville, shall pay, offer or give any offensive attentions to any female, or shall designedly follow any female against her wishes, or shall make any insulting or derogatory remarks to any female or concerning any female when she is passing on any public street, sidewalk or in any public place or part thereof in the Village.
No person shall indecently expose his person in the streets or other public places, or swim or bathe in the Black River Canal or Basin or other public waters within the Village of Boonville.
It shall be unlawful for any person to write, paint, print, draw, cut or place in or upon any building, post, fence, walk, bridge, sign or other object exposed to public view in the Village of Boonville any indecent or obscene mark, figure, words, character, image, design; or aid or advise in doing so.
No person shall willfully and maliciously break, mar, injure, remove or deface any building, fence, awning, sign, signboard, tree, shrubbery or other ornamental thing in the Village of Boonville, or remove from or pile up before any door or on any sidewalk or street, boxes, gates, steps, casks or other things, or tear down any handbills lawfully posted, or incite dogs to fight in any of the streets or public places in said Village.
No person shall break, injure or deface any public building or structure or any fence enclosing the public parks in the Village of Boonville, nor in any manner deface or injure any of the trees or shrubs therein, or in any of the streets or lanes fasten any horse thereto or any part of the protection about the same, or injure or deface any of the public property belonging to said Village, or post bills thereon or on any electric light, telegraph or telephone pole erected within said Village.
No person shall throw a snowball or snowballs on the streets, highways or public places of this Village.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished, upon conviction, by a fine not exceeding $250 for each violation. In addition, each violation of this chapter shall constitute disorderly conduct, and each person violating the same shall be a disorderly person. Each day that a violation or failure to comply with any provision of this chapter or any regulation promulgated hereunder by the Board of Trustees occurs shall constitute a separate and distinct violation.
