Pursuant to the provisions of Section 179F of the Village Law of the State of New York,[1] be it hereby ordained that a Planning Board of five members be appointed for the Village of Boonville, Oneida County, New York, and that the members of such Planning Board shall serve for the terms of five years each.

A Chairman of the said Planning Board is hereby appointed.
The duties of the said Planning Board are to include the making of recommendations to the Board of Trustees of the Village of Boonville providing for the future growth and development of the Village and affording adequate facilities for the housing, transportation, distribution, comfort, convenience, safety, health and welfare of its population.
There will be no salary connected with the above-mentioned appointments.
