Except as otherwise provided by state law or regulation, a person
shall not be a member of an appointed Town board, committee or commission
established by statute or vote of Town meeting unless he/she or she
is a resident of the Town of Littleton.
Any appointed member of a Town board, committee or commission
established by statute or vote of Town meeting may be removed for
cause by the appointing authority upon written charges and after a
public hearing.
