Before granting a license for the sale of gasoline or the establishing
of a gasoline filling station, the Select Board shall hold a public
hearing, proper notice of which shall be given to the voters, at which
hearing the voters shall have opportunity to be heard either in favor
of or in opposition to the granting of said license.
