[Adopted by Ord. No. 461-99 (§ 2-19 of the 1980 Code); amended at time of adoption
of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. II)]
The Township Committee hereby establishes the position of Code
Enforcement Officer which shall be held by and combined with the position
of Zoning Officer. The Code Enforcement Officer shall have the power
to enforce all ordinances and Code provisions of the Township.
The Code Enforcement Officer shall not replace the enforcement
authority and duties of the other Code officials but his authority
as Code Enforcement Officer shall be in addition thereto.
